1. Agreement
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. Information, not a service
This site is an informational and cultural publication about SOOPI Society. It does not provide accounts, custody, trading, payments, staking, investment services or financial advice. No token is offered, sold or distributed through this site.
3. No token or financial services
SOOPI has no token and no contract address. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation, recommendation or promise to launch, sell or support any asset. Any future token decision would be announced only through the official channels listed on this site and would be subject to separate terms, risk disclosures and legal review.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
4. Intellectual property
The SOOPI name, bowl mascot, noodle-S mark, illustration, copy, layout and meme templates are owned by the project or used with permission. You may view and share the site, and use the downloadable templates under the fan-use rules on the Meme Lab page. You may not register the marks, pass yourself off as SOOPI, or use the branding to promote a token, product or investment without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- impersonate SOOPI, its team or an official channel;
- use the site or assets to promote a token, presale or investment scheme;
- attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, probe or bypass the site's security;
- upload or distribute malware, spam or unlawful material through any SOOPI channel;
- infringe the rights of another person or project.
6. Third-party links
The site links to X and email, and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
7. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted. Status pages are reviewed periodically, not in real time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOOPI Society and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the project develops. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
